Customers complain of a creaking or popping noise from the front of the vehicle when driving on rough roads or turning left and right. The following
repair information will improve this condition.
Production Change Information
This TSB applies to all 2006 and 2007 vehicles produced BEFORE the production change effective VINs shown.
Warranty Information
Sublet should only be used for claiming welding preparation and painting of cowl top upper panel
APPLICABLE WARRANTY

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the vehicle's in-service date.
