Using a finger, disengage the claw through the tilt lever opening in the lower steering column cover.
D.
Disengage the two (2) claws and remove the lower steering column cover.
HINT:
The claws will disengage by pushing the lower steering column cover toward the front of the vehicle while pulling the upper steering column
cover.
