About the Sequoia
The Sequoia is a full-size SUV derived from the Tundra pickup, sold since the 2001 model year mainly in North America and named after the giant redwood. It was the first full-size SUV from a Japanese brand in that market, aimed squarely at the Ford Expedition and Chevrolet Tahoe, and was built in Princeton, Indiana, until 2021.
What these manuals cover
- 2001–2006 (first generation): the 4.7-litre V8 (2UZ-FE).
- 2009–2010 (second generation): the 5.7-litre (3UR-FE) and 4.6-litre (1UR-FE) V8s.
