Removal

LIGHTING (EXT): SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

The procedure described below is for the LH side.

1. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Push the upper part of the mirror surface and tilt it.

(b) Apply protective tape, as shown in the illustration.

(c) Using a moulding remover, push the bottom of the glass upwards as shown in the illustration. Slide the glass upwards to detach the 4 claws,

and remove the outer rear view mirror glass.

(d) Disconnect the connectors.
