Front Door Window Motor: Service and Repair
Installation

WINDOW / GLASS: POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1.

INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply MP grease to the sliding and rotating areas of the regulator motor.

(b) Using "TORX" socket wrench T25, install the front power window regulator motor assembly with the 3 screws.

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

INSTALL FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

6.

INSTALL NO. 1 FRONT DOOR TRIM BRACKET   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

7.

INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP ASSEMBLY

8.

INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

9.

INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

10. INSTALL FRONT ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

11. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

12. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
