Rear Door Window Motor: Service and Repair
Installation

WINDOW / GLASS: POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply MP grease to the sliding and rotating areas of the regulator motor.

(b) Using "TORX" socket wrench T25, install the power window regulator motor assembly with the 3 screws.

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

4. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRONT GUIDE SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

5. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW REAR LOWER FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

6. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS RUN   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

7. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP

8. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME REAR MOULDING

10. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM NO. 2 BRACKET   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

11. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

12. INSTALL REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

13. INSTALL REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

14. INSTALL REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH   See: Service and Repair/Reassembly

15. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
