4. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

(a) Install the deflector with the 6 clips.

(b) Connect the wire harness clamp.

5. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

(a) Install the deflector with the 6 clips.

6. CONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE   See: Thermostat/Service and Repair/Installation

7. INSTALL FAN SHROUD

(a) Install the fan pulley to the fan bracket.

(b) Place the fan shroud together with the fluid coupling fan between the radiator and engine.

NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the radiator core.

(c) Temporarily install the fluid coupling fan to the fan bracket with the 4 nuts. Tighten the nuts as much as possible by hand.

(d) Attach the shroud's claws to the radiator as shown in the illustration.

(e) Install the shroud with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 6.5 Nm (66 kgf-cm, 58 in-lbf)

(f) Connect the reservoir hose to the upper radiator tank.

(g) Install the fan and generator V-belt    See: Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Installation.

(h) Tighten the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling fan.

Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)
