Removal

FRONT SUSPENSION: FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

2. REMOVE ABSORBER CONTROL ACTUATOR (w/ AVS)   See: Suspension Control ( Automatic - Electronic )/Damping Control

Actuator/Service and Repair/Removal

3. REMOVE SUSPENSION CONTROL BRACKET (w/ AVS)

(a) Remove the nut and the suspension control bracket.

4. REMOVE FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER WITH COIL SPRING LH

(a) Remove the nut from the shock absorber lower side.

NOTICE:
To prevent the shock absorber with coil spring from falling, leave the bolt inserted.
