Quarter Window Glass: Service and Repair
Removal

WINDOW / GLASS: QUARTER WINDOW GLASS: REMOVAL

Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

The procedure described below is for the LH side.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

2. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System)

(a) Remove the roof headlining assembly    See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Removal.

3. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING (w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System)

(a) Remove the roof headlining assembly    See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Removal.

4. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING (w/ Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the roof headlining assembly    See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Removal.

5. REMOVE ROOF SIDE RAIL GARNISH ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 4 clips and remove the roof side rail garnish.

6. REMOVE QUARTER WINDOW GLASS
