Attach the other end of the back door Procedure lock control cable to the outside handle and reinstall the back door handle protector.

9.

Re-attach the two wire harness connectors to the back door lock and re-install the three back door lock bolts and the back door lock protector
sub-assembly.

10.

Re-install the no. 1 service hole cover.

11.

Re-install the back door trim board. (refer to the '01 or '02 Sequoia Repair Manual, Volume 2, page BO-25, steps 4-7 in reverse order).
