Rear Door Window Glass Weatherstrip: Service and Repair

REAR DOOR GLASS WEATHERSTRIP ASSEMBLY OUTER LH REPLACEMENT 

HINT: 

-

The installation is in the reverse order of the removal.

On the RH side, use the same procedures as on the LH side.

1. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR WINDOW GARNISH LH.
2. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR WINDOW FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH.
3. REMOVE SIDE TRIM BOARD COVER REAR LH.
4. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH.
5. REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS RUN LH.
6. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR WINDOW ASSEMBLY LH.
7. REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS WEATHERSTRIP ASSEMBLY OUTER LH

a. Put protective tape under the weatherstrip.
b. Using a screwdriver or moulding remover, remove the weatherstrip.

HINT:  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
