1.

Confirm squeak noise is coming from exhaust system flexible joint between front exhaust pipe and center exhaust pipe. (See illustration for
location of exhaust gasket.)

2.

Drive vehicle and get vehicle up to full operating temperature.

3.

Raise vehicle on lift to allow access to the exhaust system.

4.

Wearing protective gloves, manually manipulate the exhaust system to make the flexible joint move.

CAUTION:

Exhaust system will be HOT.

5.

If the flexible joint makes a squeak noise replace exhaust gasket with new exhaust gasket (P/N 17451-0D020).

Installation And Disassembly & Reassembly to remove and replace exhaust gasket between front exhaust pipe and center exhaust pipe assemblies.
