Applicability

Introduction

Some 2004 - 2010 Sienna vehicles may exhibit a condition where one or both sliding doors do not open or close smoothly. Please follow the instructions
in this bulletin to inspect the sliding door lock assemblies and replace the affected components as needed.

APPLICABLE WARRANTY

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the vehicle's in-service date.

Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this bulletin.

Required Tools & Equipment

Repair Procedure

1. Inspect the front and rear slide door lock assemblies for proper operation.

2. If any of the slide door lock assemblies do NOT operate smoothly or show corrosion on the latch mechanism replace as necessary per Repair Manual

instructions.
