c. Using a socket hexagon wrench 8, tighten the 4 bolts.

Torque: 28 N.m (286 kgf.cm, 21 ft.lbf) 

d. Install the No. 2 surge tank stay with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 20 N.m (199 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf) 

e. Install the No. 1 surge tank stay with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 20 N.m (199 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf)

Install the No. 1 engine hanger with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 20 N.m (199 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf) 

g. Install the pressure feed tube with the 2 nuts.

Torque: 7.8 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 69 in.lbf) 

h. Connect the ventilation hose.

Connect the union to check valve hose. 

j.

Connect the  No. 2 water by-pass hose. 

k. Connect the  No. 3 water by-pass hose. 
l.

Connect the throttle motor connector.

4. INSTALL EMISSION CONTROL VALVE SET

Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf) 

5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY
6. ADD ENGINE COOLANT
7. CHECK FOR FUEL LEAKAGE
8. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKAGE
9. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

10. INSTALL COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY OUTER FRONT

Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf.cm, 66 in.lbf) 

11. INSTALL NO. 1 COWL TOP TO COWL BRACE INNER

Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf.cm, 66 in.lbf) 

12. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY
13. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
14. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM RH
15. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM LH
16. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP
