Using vise pliers, hold the magnet clutch hub and install the bolt.

Torque: 18 N.m (184 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)

NOTE:  Make sure that there is no foreign matter or oil on the compressor shaft, bolt, and clutch hub.

2. TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH

a. Temporarily tighten the compressor and magnetic clutch with the bolt.

3. FULLY TIGHTEN COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH

a. Tighten the compressor and magnetic clutch with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 25 N.m (250 kgf.cm, 18 ft.lbf)

NOTE:  Tighten the bolts in the numerical order shown in the illustration to install the compressor and magnetic clutch.

b. Connect the connector.

4. INSTALL COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION HOSE NO.1

a. Remove the attached vinyl tape from the hose.
b. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and fitting surface of the compressor and magnetic clutch.

Compressor oil: ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

c. Install the O-ring to the cooler refrigerant suction hose No.1.
