Daytime Running Lamp Resistor: Service and Repair
Installation

LIGHTING: DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT RESISTOR:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT RESISTOR

(a) Install the daytime running light resistor with the bolt.
(b) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR RESONATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 3MZ-FE)
3. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET (for 3MZ-FE)
4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY (for 3MZ-FE)
5. INSTALL BATTERY TRAY
6. INSTALL BATTERY
7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
8. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

NOTE: Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal  (See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization).
