Antenna Motor: Testing and Inspection
INSPECT ANTENNA MOTOR OPERATION
1. Connect the positive (+) lead from battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 2.
2. Check that the motor turns (moves upward).
NOTE: These tests must be performed quickly (within 3 - 5 seconds) to prevent the coil from burning out.
3. Then, reverse the polarity, check that the motor turns the opposite way (moves downward).
