23. Make sure the installation mark on the timing belt is aligned with the end of the No.1 timing belt cover.
24. Remove any oil and/or water on the LH cam pulley.
25. Using SST # 09278-54012, slightly turn the LH cam pulley clockwise. Align the installation mark on the timing belt with the timing mark of the
cam timing pulley and hang the timing belt on the LH cam pulley.
26. Using the SST, align the timing marks of the LH cam pulley and No.3 timing belt cover.
27. Make sure the timing belt has tension between the crank pulley and the LH cam pulley.
28. Remove any oil and/or water on the RH cam pulley, No.1 and No.2 idler pulleys.
29. Align the installation mark on the timing belt with the timing mark of the RH cam pulley.
30. Hang the timing belt on the RH cam pulley, facing the flange side inward as shown.
31. Slide the RH cam pulley on the camshaft.
