Pulsed Secondary Air Injection Valve: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION

Testing Pulsed Secondary Air Injection Valve

1. Check Reed Valve by blowing air into pipe.

^. Apply vacuum to the Reed Valve diaphragm. Blow air into the pipe, as shown, and check that the Reed Valve is open.
^. Release the vacuum and check that the Reed Valve is closed.
