Air Cleaner Housing: Testing and Inspection
INSPECTION
1. Remove the Air Filter Element from the Air Cleaner Housing.
2. Visually check that Air Filter Element is not excessively restricted, damaged or oily. If necessary, replace the Air Filter Element.
Cleaning The Air Filter
3. Clean the Air Filter Element if only slightly dirty, by blowing the dirt from the filter with compressed air.
4. Clean the inside of the Air Cleaner Housing.
5. Reinstall the Air Filter Element into the Air Cleaner Housing.
