Torque: 18 Nm (13 ft lbs).
^
Install the accelerator cable bracket with the 2 bolts.
^
Connect the 4 vacuum hoses to the air pipes.
^
Connect the No. 1 air hose to the reed valve.
^
Position 2 new gaskets to the intake chamber and right hand exhaust manifold.
^
Install the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve with the pipes to the Intake Chamber and RH Exhaust Manifold.
^
Install the aIr Intake Chamber stay and throttle cable bracket. Install and torque the 6 nuts and 2 bolts.
Torque: 29 Nm (22 ft lb) for (A) and 18 Nm (13 ft lb) for (B).

Connect the EGR hoses to the air pipe and EGR Vacuum Modulator.
^
Connect the EGR Gas Temperature Sensor connector.
^
Connect the vacuum hose to the gas filter.
