2. DISCONNECT THESE CABLES:

(a) w/ Cruise control:

Cruise control actuator cable

(b) Accelerator cable
(c) A/T:

Throttle cable

3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE
4. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY

(a) Disconnect these hoses and connectors from the throttle body side:

(1) Throttle position sensor connector
(2) IAC valve connector
(3) Vacuum hose (of throttle opener)
(4) w/ EGR:

Vacuum hoses (from port R and E of EGR vacuum modulator)

(5) Water bypass hose

(w/ EGR: from EGR valve)
(w/o EGR: from water bypass pipe)

(6) Water hose (from intake manifold)
(7) Air assist hose

(b) Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts, throttle body and gasket.

Torque: 18 N.m (180 kgf /cm, 13 ft.lbf) 

INSTALLATION HINT: Place a new gasket on the air intake chamber, the facing the protrusion upward.

THROTTLE BODY INSTALLATION 

INSTALLATION HINT: Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
