NOTICE: Before inspecting the wheel alignment, adjust the vehicle height to specification. If the vehicle height is not standard, try to adjust it
by pushing down on or lifting the body.
2. Install Camber-caster-kingpin Gauge or onto the wheel alignment tester. Follow the specific instructions of the equipment manufacturer.
3. Inspect the camber, caster and the steering axis inclination.
STD Cab 1/2 Ton:
Camber: 0°24' ± 45' (0.4° ± 0.75°).
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Caster: 2°24' ± 45' (2.4° ± 0.75°).
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Steering Axis Inclination: 12°05' ± 45' (12.08° ± 0.75°).
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
STD Cab 1 Ton:
Camber: 0°22' ± 45' (0.37° ± 0.75°)
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Caster: 1°40' ± 45' (1.68° ± 0.75°)
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Steering Axis Inclination: 12°10' ± 45' (12.17° ± 0.75°).
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Extra Cab:
Camber: 0°28' ± 45' (0.47° ± 0.75°).
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Caster: 2°04' ± 45' (2.06° ± 0.75°)
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Steering Axis Inclination: 12°00' ± 45' (12° ± 0.75°).
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
NOTE: If the steering axis inclination is not as specified, after camber and caster have correctly adjusted, recheck the steering knuckle front
wheel for bearing or looseness.

4. Inspect the toe-in. Toe-in (totals):
STD Cab 1/2 Ton:
A+B: 0°11' ± 12'(0.19° ± 0.2°).
C-D: 2.4 ± 2 mm (0.09 ± 0.08 inch).
STD Cab 1 Ton:
A+B: 0°33' ± 12' (0.55° ± 0.2°).
C-D: 7.0 ± 2 mm (0.28 ± 0.08 inch).
