Shifter A/T: Service and Repair

SHIFT LEVER DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove three clamps.

2. Remove shift lever sub-assembly. Remove the nut, bolt and shift lever sub-assembly.

3. Remove parking lock cable assembly. Loosen the casing cap and remove the parking lock cable assembly and spring.
4. Remove shift lever plate sub-assembly, control select shaft and spring, as follows:
