Introduction

Operating logic of 1995-97 Tacoma ECMs has been revised to improve engine idle smoothness (with transmission in "D" range). By increasing idle
speed with A/C compressor "OFF", this change has also narrowed the RPM transition between A/C "OFF" and "ON" engagement:
