Torque: 37 N.m (377 kgf.cm, 27 ft.lbf) 

b. Install the wire harness to terminal 30 with the nut.

Torque: 9.8 N.m (100 kgf.cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

c. Connect the terminal 50 connector to the starter assembly.

2. INSTALL NO.2 STEERING INTERMEDIATE SHAFT

a. Install the steering sliding yoke onto steering intermediate shaft No. 2.
b. Install bolt B and then tighten bolt B and A.

Torque: 36 N.m (370 kgf.cm, 27 ft.lbf) 

3. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SEAL LH

a. Install the front fender splash shield rear LH with the 5 clips.

4. INSTALL NO.2 EXHAUST FRONT PIPE ASSEMBLY
5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque: 3.9 N.m (40 kgf.cm, 35 in.lbf) 

6. CHECK FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAKAGE
7. INSTALL NO.1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

a. Install the engine under cover with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 29 N.m (296 kgf.cm, 21 ft.lbf)
