Air Door Cable: Adjustments
HEATER CONTROL CABLES ADJUSTMENT
1. SET A/C CONTROL LEVERS IN THESE CONDITIONS:
a. Air in let control lever FRESH" position.
b. Mode control lever "FACE" position
c. Temperature control lever "COOL" position.
2. ADJUST AIR IN LET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE
Set the air inlet damper on "FRESH" position, install the control cable and lock the clamp.
3. ADJUST MODE DAMPER CONTROL CABLE
Set the mode damper on "FACE" position, install the control cable and lock the clamp.
4. ADJUST AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE
Set the air mix damper on "WARM" position, install the control cable and lock the clamp.
5. ADJUST WATER VALVE CONTROL CABLE
Set the water valve on "WARM" position, install the control cable and lock the clamp.
