Introduction

Beginning with 1998 production of the Tacoma series, a modification in the installation of the running boards is required due to changes in the design of
the vehicle for the new model year. The procedure as described in this bulletin is the revised installation which includes the correct positioning of the
step pad extension of the running board to the bed fender panel on 4x4 Xtracab models.
