Control Arm: Service and Repair
Lower Suspension Arm

REMOVAL

1. Remove front wheel.

Torque: 110 Nm ( &3 ft. lbs.) 

2. Remove steering gear assembly.
3. Disconnect stabilizer bar link. 
4. Disconnect shock absorber from lower suspension arm.  
5. Disconnect lower ball joint.

a. Support the upper suspension arm and steering knuckle securely.
b. Remove the cotter pin and nut from the lower ball joint.

Torque to 140 Nm (103 ft. lbs.)
