Place matchmarks on the steering intermediate shaft No.2 and power steering link.

g. Remove bolt C from the steering intermediate shaft No.2.
h. Slide the steering intermediate shaft No.2 up and remove it from the power steering link.

20. SEPARATE TIE ROD END SUB-ASSY LH

a. Remove the cotter pin and nut.

b. Using SST, separate the tie rod end from the steering knuckle arm.

HINT:  The removal procedure for the RH side is the same as that for the LH side.

22. SEPARATE PRESSURE FEED TUBE ASSY

a. 2TR-FE: Remove the bolt and separate the tube support bracket.

b. 1GR-FE: Remove the 2 bolts and separate the tube support brackets.

c. Using SST, loosen the flare nut and separate the pressure feed tube.
