1. REMOVE GENERATOR DRIVE BELT

a. Loosen the adjusting lock nut and pivot bolt.
b. Loosen the adjusting bolt, and remove the drive belt.

2. REMOVE GENERATOR

a. Disconnect the generator connector.
b. Remove the nut, and disconnect the generator wire.
c. Remove the pivot bolt and adjusting lock nut.
d. Remove the generator.

Torque:
51 N.m (520 kgf.cm, 38 ft.lbf) for pivot bolt
18.5 N.m (189 kgf.cm, 25 ft.lbf) for adjusting lock nut

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
