Blower Motor: Service and Repair
Blower Unit
BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL
1. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT PARTS
2. REMOVE COOLING UNIT
See: Evaporator Case
3. REMOVE BLOWER UNIT
a. Disconnect the connector from the blower motor.
b. Disconnect the air inlet damper control cable from the blower motor.
INSTALLATION HINT: For installing the control cable, refer to HEATER CONTROL CABLES ADJUSTMENT". See: Air Door/Air Door
Cable/Adjustments
c. Remove the nut and bolt, and the blower unit.
BLOWER UNIT INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
