REPAIR INFORMATION:
Attach adhesive backed felt strips * (0.5 mm) to the headrest suport bracket as shown.
SPORT SEAT
CONDITION: The headrests emit a rattle noise over bumps.
CAUSE:
Rattle noise caused by clearance between headrest support and headrest support bracket. See illustration.
PRODUCTION CHANGES:
1) The groove of the headrest support bracket has been reduced starting with June, '90 production (see illustration).
REPAIR INFORMATION:
Attach adhesive backed felt strips (0.5 mm) to the projection of the headrest support as shown.
