1-Ground:

Closed with driver's door open

Always continuity 

8-Ground:

Continuity with driver's door open 

3-Ground:

Always approx. 12 Volts 

5-Ground:

Continuity with driver's seat belt in use 

9-Ground:

Approx. 12 Volts with ignition SW ON
