3. Using the 09631 - 22020 Special Service Tool (SST), connect the pressure feed and return tubes to 36 Nm (27 ft.lbs.). 

NOTE:

Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 inch).

This torque value is effective in case that SST is parallel to a torque wrench.

4. Connect the tube clamp and tighten the bolt to 13 Nm (35 ft. lbs.). 
5. If the vehicle has a manual transmission, connect the control cables, doing the following.

a. Connect the two cables to the control lever housing.
b. Install the two clips to the cables.
c. Install the two clips and washers.

6. Connect the two vacuum hoses.
7. Install the engine rear mount bracket, tightening the two bolts to 48 Nm (35 ft.lbs.).

8. Install the engine rear mount insulator, tighten the six bolts as follows.

Tighten bolt A to 64 Nm (47 ft.lbs.).

Tighten bolt B to 78 Nm (58 ft.lbs.).

9. Install the front exhaust pipe by performing the following. 

a. Connect the two rings.
b. Install the bolt and clamp over a new gasket, tightening the clamp to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
c. Install the two bolts and compression springs over a new gasket, tightening the bolts to 62 Nm (46 ft.lbs.).

10. Install the oxygen sensor, tightening it to 44 Nm (32 ft. lbs.).
11. Connect the sliding yoke. 
12. Install the column hole cover and tighten the two bolts and nut to 4.9 Nm (43 inch lbs.).
13. Connect the right and left hand tie rod ends.
14. Position the front wheels facing straight ahead.

NOTE: Do it with the front of the vehicle jacked up.

15. If the vehicle has an airbag, install the center spiral cable.
16. If the vehicle has an airbag, install the steering wheel by performing the following.

a. Install the wheel at straight-ahead position.
b. Temporarily tighten the wheel set nut.
c. Connect the connector.

17. Bleed the power steering system.
18. Check the steering wheel center point.
19. If the vehicle has an airbag, tighten steering wheel set nut to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).
20. If the vehicle has an airbag, install the steering wheel pad.
21. Check the front wheel alignment.
