1. Check the turning smoothness of the timing belt idler pulleys. If not smooth, replace the idler pulley.
INSPECT TENSION SPRING
1. Check the free length of the spring.
Free length: 43.3 mm (1.705 in.)
2. Check the tension of the spring at the specified installed length.
Installed tension: 7 kg (15.4 lb, 69 N) at 50.2 mm (1.976 in.)
If it does no meet specifications, replace the spring.
