A/C - 'Densooil 7' Compressor Oil

TITLE:

"DENSOOIL 7" A/C COMPRESSOR OIL

Densooil 7, which was previously included in the air conditioning compressor overhaul kit, has been made separately available for the through vane type
compressor (EL31 only).

Due to the internal structure of the through vane type compressor, Densooil 7 must be used.

Outline of Densooil 7

Densooil 7 is different from Densooil 6 and cannot be mixed with other oils.

Follow the necessary precautions below:

When replacing the evaporator and/or condenser, be sure to add the proper amount of service oil to the air conditioning system.

When refilling the compressor with oil, add "Densooil 7" in the discharge port where the high pressure service valve was removed.

Do not reuse the old oil. Refrigerant oil absorbs moisture in the air, resulting in corrosion of the air conditioning system.

"Densooil 7" cannot be used for the swash type compressor.

NOTE:

Use the correct amount of oil when replacing the major air conditioning parts shown below.
