Fuel Return Line: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. PREVENT GASOLINE FROM SPILLING OUT
2. REMOVE FUEL TANK CAP
3. REMOVE FUEL INLET PIPE SHIELD
Remove the 4 bolts and fuel inlet pipe shield.
4. REMOVE CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 4 bolts and charcoal canister assembly.
b. Disconnect the pump module connector, vent hose and purge line hose from the charcoal canister.
5. DISCONNECT SPEED SENSOR WIRE
Remove the nut and disconnect the speed sensor wire from the fuel tank.
