Condition:

Excessive static noise may occur on AM stations in some areas and especially near FM transmitters on the following radio model:

Internal component variance.

Remedy:

The following procedure should be followed if a customer brings this condition to your attention.

Dealer:

Call Fujitsu Ten (radio manufacturer) using the appropriate toll-free phone number listed below to order an exchange unit.

Radio manufacturer will ship a modified unit to the dealer via blue label (two day UPS) air freight.

Dealer:

- Replace radio unit for customer.

Submit warranty claim for labor R & R time.

Return removed unit to Fujitsu Ten in original shipping container.
