Radiator Assembly - Exploded View

REMOVAL:

1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. On A/T equipped models disconnect the two oil cooler hoses:

Oil Cooler Hoses

a. Remove the washer fluid tank and set it to the side without disconnecting the hoses
b. Place a suitable container underneath of the oil cooler hoses
c. Disconnect the two oil cooler hoses from the radiator
d. Plug the ends of the two oil cooler hoses

3. Remove the fan shroud.
4. Disconnect the radiator hoses and coolant reservoir hose  from the radiator.
5. Remove the upper radiator mount bolt.
6. Raise the vehicle and be sure it is securely supported.
7. Remove the lower engine protection cover.
8. Remove the two nuts and pull the radiator from the frame.

INSTALLATION:

1. Install the radiator back into the frame and install the two nuts.
2. Install the lower engine protection cover.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Install the upper radiator mount bolt.
5. Connect the radiator hoses and coolant reservoir hose to the radiator.
6. Install the fan shroud.
7. On A/T equipped models, connect the two oil cooler hoses.
8. Refill the engine with coolant.
9. Start engine and check for coolant leaks.

10. On A/T equipped models, check transmission fluid level.
