Oil Pan: Service and Repair

3Y-EC & 4Y-EC ENGINES

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Raise and support vehicle.

3.

Drain engine oil.

4.

Remove left and right stiffener plates.

5.

Disconnect oil level sensor, then, if necessary, remove oil level sensor, if equipped.

6.

Remove oil pan attaching bolts, then the oil pan.

7.

Remove oil pump attaching bolt, then the oil pump.
