Installation

U760F AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: TRANSMISSION WIRE: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION WIRE

(a) Coat the O-ring with ATF.

(b) Install the transmission wire and lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

Torque: 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8ft-lbf)

(c) Install the transmission wire to the clamp and transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.
(d) Connect the 8 connectors.

2. INSTALL TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY See: Valve Body/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation
3. INSTALL VALVE BODY OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY See: Valve Body/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation
4. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Valve Body/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Installation

5. INSTALL TRANSFER ASSEMBLY See: Transfer Case/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation
6. INSTALL TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH ASSEMBLY See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation
7. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY
