Removal

1AR-FE LUBRICATION: ENGINE OIL COOLER: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY

HINT:  See: Exhaust System/Exhaust Manifold/Service and Repair/Removal

2. DRAIN ENGINE OIL See: Engine Oil/Service and Repair/Replacement
3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT See: Cooling System/Coolant/Service and Repair
4. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the nut, union bolt, seal washer and oil cooler assembly.
(b) Remove the 3 gaskets from the oil cooler assembly.
