Remove the upper console panel sub-assembly.
A.
Shift the shift lever into the "N" position.
B.
Disengage the five (5) clips and the claw and remove the upper console panel.

Remove the console upper rear panel sub-assembly.
A.
Disengage the three (3) clips and three (3) claws.
B.
Disconnect the connector and remove the console upper rear panel.
6.
Slide the OLD boot off of the parking brake lever.
