Radiator Grille, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

 

1  Pull radiator grille forwards out of retaining lugs.  

2  Pull lower bracket upwards out of front panelling.  

3  Disconnect headlamp cleaner hose (if present).

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

After painting, place grille in radiator grille. Bond plastic pins by screwing with KM-205.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Do not heat up KM-205 too much (approx. 150 ° C/300 ° F)!  

Apply seal lips.
