Place cylinder head on wooden blocks. Cut intake and exhaust valve seats - use Guide Drift KM-340-1-E.
Valve seat (II)
45 ° side with KM-340-25
Upper correction angle (I)
75 ° side with KM-340-14
Lower correction angle (III)
15 ° side with KM-340-25
dimension (IV) of the valve seat width:
1.3 to 2.0 mm (intake)
1.3 to 2.0 mm (exhaust)
Clean
Clean chippings from cylinder head.
Inspect
Before installing valves - see operations "Valve, Grind" and "Valve, Grind In". Check valve indentation - see operation "Valve Indentation, Check".
