Turbocharging System  

Turbocharger, Remove and Install  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove exhaust manifold with turbocharger - see operation "Exhaust Manifold, Remove and Install".   Detach exhaust connection port from turbocharger. Detach oil pressure line and oil return line (arrows) from turbocharger. Detach oil return pipe flange from turbocharger.

Remove turbocharger (arrows) from exhaust manifold.

  Install, Connect   

Attach turbocharger with new gasket to exhaust manifold - 27 Nm/20 lbf. ft. Oil return pipe flange with new gasket and oil pressure line with new seal rings to turbocharger.  

Attach exhaust connection port to turbocharger.  

Install exhaust manifold with turbocharger - see operation "Exhaust Manifold, Remove and Install".
