Flywheel, Remove and Install
 Remove
|
Remove transmission and clutch thrust plate – see
operation "Transmission, Remove and Install (F13/F17/F18)" and
"Thrust Plate and Clutch Disc, Remove and Install
(F13/F17/F18/F23)" in group "K".
Counterhold flywheel with KM-652 (1) and remove from
crankshaft.

Install
Install flywheel with new bolt to crankshaft – tightening
torque 65 Nm / 48 lbf. ft. + 30° + 15°. Lock flywheel when
tightening with KM-652 (2).
Install transmission and clutch thrust plate – see
operation "Transmission, Remove and Install (F13/F17/F18)" and
"Thrust Plate and Clutch Disc, Remove and Install
(F13/F17/F18/F23)" in group "K".
