Rear Seal Ring – Crankshaft, Replace
 Remove
| 1. |
Remove flywheel or drive disc
|
| 2. |
Lever out seal ring (1) with suitable tool
Note: Take care not to
damage sealing surfaces
|
| 3. |
Clean sealing surfaces and remove gasket remnants.
|
Install
| 4. |
Place seal ring (1) on protective sleeve KM-934-1 (2) and apply to cylinder block or
crankshaft without tilting
|
| 5. |
Place installer sleeve KM-934-2 (4)
onto protective sleeve and drive in seal ring with drift (3) KM-454-B , or KM-523
until it lies flush in cylinder block.

Install flywheel or drive disc
