Ribbed V-belt, Remove and Install (With Air
Conditioning)
 Remove
Remove air cleaner housing – see illustration "Air Duct (X
20 XEV, X 20 XER)" or illustration "Air Duct (Z 20 LET)",
respectively.

Mark running direction of ribbed V-belt. Tension ribbed V-belt
tension roller with ring or open-ended spanner (SW. 15), in
direction of arrow (clockwise) and remove ribbed V- belt.

Install
Install ribbed V-belt. Tension ribbed V-belt via ribbed V-belt
tension roller with ring or open-ended spanner (SW. 15). Note
rotation direction and installation position of ribbed V-belt.
Install air cleaner housing – see illustration "Air Duct
(X 20 XEV, X 20 XER)" or illustration "Air Duct (Z 20 LET)",
respectively.
